Our Team

The R&D team is headed by experienced PhDs who have worked in the field of Oligonucleotide R&D for many years.
TJR Bio has a dedicated team of scientists with extensive experience and expertise to support Oligonucleotide solid-phase synthesis, conjugation technology, and CMC process development. They have demonstrated proficiency in successfully scaling up the production of oligonucleotide products from milligrams to kilograms.
Team members are all experienced, they have worked in the Oligonucleotide drugs CDMO industry over 10 years.
The production team has rich experience in the project from R&D to GMP production at the scale from grams to kilograms.
